TLDR: Download your Speakflow recordings from your videos page in a format that works for you.
Videos recorded using Speakflow with a free account will be automatically downloaded as .webm files as soon as you stop recording. Free accounts do not come with video storage.
If you have an active subscription and you'd like to download your file in a different format, you can do so by navigating to the Your Videos tab in the script management screen.
Selecting a video from this screen will take you the Watch page where you can preview your video. Recently recorded videos may present you with a message that the video is still processing. You can still download your video, but it may take longer than usual. Additionally, the quality of the preview video may be lower than normal.
You can download your video by clicking on the download button and selecting the desired format. We recommend .mov for the highest quality. If you're recording videos using a 1080p HD camera, make sure to toggle the setting in the presentation screen settings to enable 1080p recording.
Once you make your selection, your video will begin downloading. You can find your file wherever you've designated downloads to go in your browser settings.
