Refund and Cancelation Policy

TLDR: We aim to deliver a great experience, but understand things may not always go as planned.

Refund & Cancelation Policy for Speakflow:
We are committed to providing you with a great experience and hope you enjoy our service. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

Cancelation Policy:
If you no longer wish to use our services, please remember to actively manage and cancel your subscription. If a subscription is not canceled, it will continue to be billed. To avoid any charges, please make sure to cancel before the billing date. 

Refund Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with Speakflow for any reason, we offer a refund on your most recent payment if requested within 30 days of that payment. No questions asked, although we’d love to hear your feedback to help us improve!

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide your email and subscription information. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Please note that requesting a refund will immediately terminate your access to Speakflow, and you will no longer have access to any features or services. 

Additionally, if you received a free trial or promotional offer, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
